You can change or reset your password at any time, via the app or your web browser.
How do I change my password via the app?
Under the Profile tab of your Settings, you can enter a new password.
How can I change my password via the web browser?
Under the Preferences tab of your Profile, you can change your password.
How do I reset my password?
Resetting your password can only be done via your web browser.
On the log-in screen for your center, click 'forgot password'.
Enter the email associated with your account and click submit - you will be sent an email to reset your password.
