To identify members whose membership needs to be renewed, you can use two methods:
Method 1: Through the membership reports
Go to "Analytics" in your FLiiP account.
Click on "Reports".
Select "Memberships".
In the drop-down menu, choose "Memberships to renew".
Choose the membership end date to filter the results.
A list of members whose membership is expiring will be displayed.
Method 2: Through the monthly activity summary
Go to "Analytics".
Scroll down to "Monthly activity summary".
In the table, under the "Renewals" column, you will see the memberships expiring this month.
You can also select another month to see upcoming renewals.
These methods let you anticipate renewals and ensure continuity for your members.
