If your employee has both a member profile and an admin profile, it's important they log in using the correct one.
When someone has two profiles, FLiiP shows a dropdown menu during login to let them choose which profile to use.
If they accidentally select the member profile, they’ll only see what a regular gym member sees — no admin tools.
✅ Ask them to log out and log back in, and choose the admin profile from the dropdown menu when prompted.
If they don't see the admin profile or are unsure which one to use, contact FLiiP support — we’ll help verify and reset access if needed.
